Run the Moon. Blast the Greys. Become a Starship Ranger.

MOON RUNNER is a fast-paced sci-fi action runner created as part of Nova Studios, where running, shooting, collecting, and even the soundtrack evolve as you power up.

Race across the Moon collecting regolith, dodge falling meteors, destroy obstacles, battle hostile aliens, and gather enough resources to reach your rocket and launch toward Mars.

But Area 1’s music is part of the gameplay.

The Moon soundtrack is built in synchronized layers. Your run begins with the core Moon theme, but collecting power-ups starts completing the song around you. Activate a power and an additional rhythm layer kicks in. Keep multiple abilities alive and the soundtrack grows with your run. Get all three power-ups active at the same time and the final music layer opens up, completing the full track as you transform into a STARSHIP RANGER.

So the better your run gets, the bigger the music gets.

Your three powers are:

• Jump Boost gives you higher jumps and lets you hover.
• Magnet pulls nearby regolith toward you.
• Unlimited Fire removes weapon overheating and lets you unleash rapid shots.
• Activate all three together to become a STARSHIP RANGER, refreshing your powers, lighting up your astronaut, completing the Area 1 soundtrack, and granting temporary invincibility.

Destroy meteors and obstacles to uncover additional power canisters. Blast aliens before they can hit you with plasma fire, build your score, and keep your power combination alive as long as possible.

Reach 10,000 regolith on the Moon, board your rocket, and launch into space. The Moon soundtrack fades away as you travel between worlds, and a new soundtrack fades in when you land on Mars, where the mission continues with a new environment and a larger 20,000 regolith objective.

Controls: Space Bar to jump, Left or Right Shift to shoot, Left Mouse to shoot, and P to pause. On touch devices, use the left side of the screen to jump and the lower-right area to fire.

MOON RUNNER features destructible obstacles, alien combat, meteors, layered power-ups, evolving music, cinematic planet transitions, mouse and touch controls, and a soundtrack that reacts to how powered-up you become.
